24 units, $700,000 acquisition cost. Acquisition of existing Section 42 development using HOME funds and CITC Loans.
48 units, $7,000,000 development cost. (LIHTC, FHLB-AHP, CDBG, HOME, THDA Housing Trust Fund, NSP).
36 units, $672,000 acquisition cost. Acquisition of existing Section 42 development using a CITC loan.
